Fun at South Coast Plaza

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful and crazy time me and Titi had with the two of you and your mom in California. First, we picked you all up at th airport and then went to Palm Springs and spent the night at a hotel and had so much fun in the pool the next day. We went out to breakfast at Ihop too. We loved watching you girls have so much fun in the pool. Isabella would do her signature pose as we took her pictures (like a ballerina). Lily you would run all over the place like babies do and watch the people.

Lily accidentally pulled her elbow out of the socket when hanging out with Titi. That was very hard for all of us. We took you to the hospital where the doc put it back in. Your mom when in the room with you and she was so upset, but it took a second to put it in and your cried loud she said and then stopped right away when they gave you a lolipop. Poor baby:(

Then it was fun times at Disneyland. We think Isbella didn't feel good because she was very quiet but she enjoyed watching all the happenings. We loved every moment we spent with you girls. I'm so thankful we had that day together.

It was a lot of driving back and forth to different houses, but we settled down a few days in Murrieta and I enjoyed that time of just eating our meals, swimming in the pool and of course an Easter egg hunt. Your mom was sick but she took you to the park anyway and made your day special with baskets and eggs. You both looked adorable.

A Dream Come True

This picture was taken the night before I left and it shows exactly how I feel when I'm with my girls, TRUE LOVE - PURE JOY!! I was so happy I got to see you experience getting your Christmas tree and decorating it and your mommy made you hot chocolate and Isabella put in her marshmallows in her new cup I bought her. What an awesome trip I had and I can't wait until the next time:)

I was glad your Uncle Daniel came to visit! He missed you both so much and enjoyed playing with you and hanging out with you in NC:)

This was the day before, we started with the cookies. Your mom did a great job planning and creating! Everything was delicious:)

Lily, the plan was to be there for your first birthday. Your mom and I spent the whole day before baking and decorating, I was so glad to be a part of your special day! You looked so cute in your birthday outfit and you enjoyed your day.

When I said good-bye in May, dreaming of our next time together helped me get through that very difficult time. I can see us playing and laughing and spending precious time together. Well, thank God the time finally came. I was able to visit my Bibi and Lily in November for two weeks. I counted the days, then hours.

I arrived in the evening, Lily stayed home sleeping, I could hardly wait to see you. Bibi came with mommy to pick me up at the airport. When I saw you in your car seat I was so excited I wanted to pick you up and hug and kiss you but we had to move the car. When you saw me you said "grandma" and tried to get out of your seat. We decided to drive straight home. You talked alot in the car with your same sweet gentle voice. When we got home I didn't want to let you go, hugs and kisses. The first thing you wanted to do was show me your Snow White costume, you put it on. I gave you a little gift of some tiny dolls with different colored hair that you liked. We talked and went to bed, we slept together for the first few nights. I was sooo happy:)

Lily, when I saw you the next morning you looked so big. I held you and didn't want to put you down. I don't know if you remembered me but in a short time we bonded. Awww, my Lilybug:)

Lily walks! Bella talks, really talks!

Thank God for skyping! Lily, I got to see you take about 7 steps, your mom and dad say that was the most so far. I was happy to see you walk!

When we skype it is so cute how you peek your head over the desk and all I can see is your eyes and little hands and you are very talkative and expressive with your jibber jabber!

This day I saw you guys wrestle and play like two little cubs, so cute!!

Bella you are taking my pic while I take yours, that is your latest thing, taking pics! And Bibi, I can talk and watch you all day long! You look so tall and grown up and you are talking in complete sentences that are so mature. I'm so excited, 3 more days and you don't know it but I'm going to NC to see you both. I'm counting the hours!! I just want to hug and squeeze and kiss you both forever!

First time Disneyland

After that is when you danced with your mommy, it was to dark for pics but I'll always remember it!

So exciting and I got to be a part of it and watch you experience Disneyland for the first time. We went in April, one month before you all moved to North Carolina and me and Titi moved to Nicaragua. You had so much fun Isabella! You really liked the merry go round and watching Tinkerbell fly through the sky. My favorite memory was watching you and your mom dance to music before the fireworks show. Your mommy bought you a little red Minnie purse and I bought you a huge sucker!

We also went to California Adventure with Titi about a week later. I really enjoyed that time. Your Uncle Daniel bought you a bracelet if he could he would buy you about 10! Uncle Daniel really enjoyed the time with you and Titi too.
